KYTC District 4 High Water Report - 3pm Update

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (Feb. 19, 2025) – Several locations have been removed since the previous update for flooding. Some listed below might be already open with water levels dropping across most of the region. A few of these spots are reported as near reopening, but are still marked with high water and closed with barricades. Our crews have been on split shifts over the past 24 hours with snow and ice duty, so reporting for flood closures may lag behind crews taking down signs and barricades. We will continue to update the list until all locations are open.
