District 3 Water Over the Road Report 10 a.m.
The District 3 area serves Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson, Todd, and Warren Counties
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (Feb. 15, 2025) – A weather system has dumped more than an inch of rain overnight in some counties of the District 3 area with more on the way. The U.S. National Weather Service Louisville has placed the entire District 3 area under a flood watch with multiple District 3 counties under a flood warning. The District 3 area is predicted to receive between three and four inches of rain over the weekend.
Motorists should not attempt to drive through possible high water. Crews from each each county are responding to flooded roads as fast as they can. This list below is the current list of known flooded roads at the time of release. It is possible there are roads flooded that are not on the list. Motorists should be on the lookout for water over roadways.
