Lane restrictions estimated for 5 hours during repairs
PADUCAH, Ky. (Jan. 25, 2025) – Paducah Water is repairing a water main break at the intersection of U.S. 45//U.S. 62/KY 731 (Hannan Plaza) in Paducah.
Lane restrictions are estimated to last approximately 5 hours during repairs.
Motorists traveling from the Coke Plant toward the Hannan Plaza intersection will not be able to proceed straight toward U.S. 45/Lone Oak Road. Both forward lanes are blocked. Right and left turn lanes are accessible.
Motorists traveling from Jackson Street will not be able to proceed straight through the intersection onto U.S. 62/Alben Barkley Drive. The forward lane is blocked. Right and left turn lanes are accessible.
There are no impacts to motorists traveling from I-24 Exit 7 along U.S. 62/Alben Barkley Drive toward the Hannan Plaza intersection, or to those traveling U.S. 45/Lone Oak Road toward Midtown. However, traffic will be slowed in the area. Seek alternate routes, if possible.
Use caution where equipment and personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
