LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 24, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures on KY 53 (Mt. Eden Road) on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in Shelby County.
Consultant inspectors will perform the hands-on inspection of the KY 53 (Mt. Eden Road) bridge over Guist Creek at mile point 1.88, requiring lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Motorists will be directed through the work zone via flagging operations. Drivers should heed signage and use caution when traveling through the area.
