KYTC crews to replace cross drain
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 10, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of the closure of a section of U.S. 421 (Campbellsburg Road) tomorrow, Dec. 11, in Henry County.
U.S. 421 (Campbellsburg Road) will be closed from mile point 24.710 (near Fallen Timber Road) to mile point 24.973 (near Webb Lane) from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The closure is necessary as crews work to replace a cross drain. Motorists should expect to follow detours around the affected area while work is underway.
Following the replacement of the cross drain, crews will place a layer of dense-grade rock over the drain until asphalt can be laid. Drivers should exercise caution when driving over the newly replaced cross drain.
