KY 277 in Central City to be Blocked on Thursday at Railroad Bridge
Work is schedule to be completed the same day
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (Nov. 13, 2024) – A contractor for the Paducah and Louisville Railway (P&L) has a maintenance project scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024, that will temporarily block KY 277 (West Reservoir Street) in Central City.
The contractor will perform maintenance work on the P&L railroad bridge over KY 277, blocking the roadway between West First Avenue and KY 304 (Front Street). The goal is to have the roadway reopened the same day.
There will be a marked detour in place, with traffic being diverted to KY 2103 (Center Street) via West First Avenue.
