Railroad Bridge Work to Block KY 2080 (Cadiz St) in Princeton on Friday
Work is schedule to be completed the same day
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (Nov. 13, 2024) – A contractor for the Paducah and Louisville Railway (P&L) has a maintenance project scheduled for Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, that will temporarily block KY 2080 (Cadiz Street) in Princeton.
The contractor will perform maintenance work on the P&L railroad bridge over Cadiz Street. The goal is to have the roadway reopened the same day.
There will be a marked detour in place.
Traffic on KY 91 will remain on KY 91 until they reach the Caldwell County Courthouse, where they will make a left onto West Courthouse Square. Motorists will then make a left onto Main Street, a right onto KY 139 (Jefferson Street) and left onto East Legion Drive.
Motorists entering Princeton on KY 139 will remain on KY 139 until they reach KY 91 (Main Street).
