Update - Operations scheduled to continue for Interstate 75 NB in Scott County
Drainage boxes to be cleaned between milepoints 115 and 127
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 21, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that this news release serves as an update. Cleaning for drainage boxes will continue for Interstate 75 NB in Scott County. Maintaining roadway drainage is important for driver safety and for ensuring the long life of the roadway.
Monday, Oct. 21 – currently and until 5 p.m. (work will not be completed by 3:30 p.m.)
Tuesday, Oct. 22 through Friday, Oct. 25 – 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day
Interstate 75 – Northbound
- continued cleaning for drainage boxes will be in effect
- the location is along the shoulder on the inside left/fast lane against the barrier wall
- operations are between milepoints 115 and 127
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies, and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott, and Woodford Counties.
