Signage honoring Emilee-Grace Collins to be unveiled in

Mt. Sterling, Montgomery County

The Emilee-Grace Collins Memorial Roundabout

Lexington, Ky. (Oct. 17, 2024)  By action of the Kentucky General Assembly, the intersection of Indian Mound Drive/KY 686 and Spencer Road/KY 713 has been designated the “Emilee-Grace Collins Memorial Roundabout.” The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will install highway signs naming the roundabout.

Emilee was a junior at Montgomery County High School in 2021 and due to graduate in 2022. Her plan was to attend Morehead State University and major in nursing. She was a positive person who was always smiling. Emilee’s interests included dancing, creating videos and taking care of her pet dogs, Minnie and Daisey.
