Detour using KY 3294, other routes
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (Sept. 25, 2024) – Weather delays have resulted in continued work on KY 538 (Shopes Creek Road) in Boyd County. The highway will remain closed at Bayless Hill (around mile marker 2) through Oct. 11. Signs and barricades are in place, and the road will remain closed day and night. All thru traffic should detour using KY 3294 (Cannonsburg Road) or local routes.
