Bridge on State Line Road in Calloway County to be Blocked on Tuesday

Should reopen Wednesday morning

PADUCAH, Ky. (Sept. 16, 2024)  The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is planning a two day blockage of a bridge on State Line Road (KY 893) in Calloway County starting Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 8:30 a.m.

KYTC will be applying a waterproofing membrane to the bridge over McCullough Fork, located at the 23.485 mile point, just east of Mooney Road. Following application of this material, a new layer of asphalt will be applied.

The bridge will be blocked at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, and will reopen Wednesday morning after paving is completed.
