Bridge Paving closes KY-3174 (NEW US-460) On-Ramps Monday
East and Westbound ramps will be closed from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (July 31, 2024)The Kentucky Department of Transportation advises the public of a temporary closure of the East and West bound on-ramps on KY 3174 (new US 460) for bridge paving. The ramps are located at mile points 14.9 and 15.5 on US 23 near the intersection of KY 3174 near the Sookey's Creek area of Pike County.
Crews will complete paving repairs on the bridges along KY 3174 near the ramps. Work will begin at 6 a.m. Monday morning, August 5, and is expected to be complete at noon. The ramps will be closed during this time.
Motorists will need to use an alternate route. Work is subject to weather conditions. Mountain Enterprises has been contracted to perform the work.
