One Lane Traffic With Automated Signal on KY 139 in Northern Trigg County
Work zone for sinkhole repair
PADUCAH, Ky. (July 17, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has established a work zone lane restriction along KY 139 (Princeton Road) in Northern Trigg County.
KY 139 (Princeton Road) is restricted to one lane with an automated signal at the 22 mile marker to allow repairs to a sinkhole. This work zone is along KY 139 between Adams Mill Road and Reddick Pond Road.
This work zone is expected to be in place around the clock for about a week while engineers work up a repair plan for the sinkhole.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
