Bridge Replacement Project on KY 363 is Expected to Start Tuesday, July 9 in Laurel County
MANCHESTER, Ky. (July 1, 2024) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 11 Office advises motorists that a bridge replacement project in Laurel County is expected to start Tuesday, July 9.
This Laurel County bridge project will occur on KY 363 at mile point 8.40, located between Philpot Road (KY 3429) and Meadowbrook Road, and will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9 through 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 11. This closure will include both day and nighttime hours between the beginning and ending times (as noted above) and is needed for bridge replacement over Sampson Branch.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
The date and time could be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
