TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Rolling Roadblocks on I-65 South Tonight, June 27, in Bullitt County

KYTC crews to patch concrete slabs

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 27, 2024) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of rolling roadblocks on Interstate 65 South Thursday, June 27, in Bullitt County.

Rolling roadblocks will take place on I-65 South from mile marker 117 (near KY 44/East 4th Street) to mile marker 114 (near Ohm Drive) beginning at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, continuing through midnight. The rolling roadblocks are necessary as KYTC crews patch concrete slabs along the corridor.

Due to ongoing construction for the I-65 roadway rehabilitation project between mile point 104.7 and mile point 110.7 in Bullitt and Hardin Counties, motorists should plan ahead, expect travel delays and seek an alternate route by using navigation apps like Waze.

The date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
