Closure of U.S. 60 Planned at 6.25mm in Crittenden County on Tuesday, June 18
Closure near Crittenden-Livingston Water Tower Atop Moore Hill
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 12, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to close a section of U.S. 60 West of Marion in Crittenden County on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
U.S. 60 will be closed at the 6.25 mile point near the Crittenden-Livingston Water Tower atop Moore Hill to repair a cross drain. This is along U.S. 60 between KY 297/Tolu Road and KY 1668/Crittenden Springs Road.
The roadway at this site is expected to close promptly at 6:30 a.m., CDT. U.S. 60 West is expected to reopen to traffic around 2 p.m., Tuesday.
There will be no marked detour.
U.S. 60 Westbound Suggested Detour Passenger vehicles may self-detour via KY 1668, KY 135, KY 723, and KY 297. Trucks should seek an appropriate state route based on load weight.
