KYTC engineers to perform hands-on bridge inspection
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 15, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures on Interstate 64 East today, May 15, in Franklin County.
KYTC bridge engineers will conduct a hands-on inspection of the I-64 East bridge over KY 420 (near mile point 53.8), requiring single lane closures beginning at 9 a.m. today, May 15. Crews anticipate completing the inspection of the eastbound bridge around noon.
Motorists are advised to heed signage and exercise caution when traveling through the work zone.
