Rest areas now closed for Interstate 64 in
Woodford County
I 64 east and westbound between milepoints 60.2 and 60.7
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 14, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that the rest areas in Woodford County are currently closed. The temporary closure for the east and westbound rest areas is for water line repairs.
Tuesday, May 14 – currently and until further notice
Interstate 64
- the east and westbound rest areas are closed between milepoints 60.2 and 60.7
- the parking lots for both rest areas remain open
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
