DETOURED: Westbound I-64 in Carter County Between Olive Hill and Morehead
Take Exit 156 for US 60 west to Morehead
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (8:30 AM April 15, 2024) – Emergency responders report that westbound I-64 in Carter County is detoured following a crash and vehicle fire at mile marker 151 between Olive Hill and Morehead. The interstate is blocked for an unknown duration.
A detour has been established at I-64 Exit 156 to KY 2 to US 60 west to Morehead, then KY 32 to return to I-64 at Exit 137. Expect heavy traffic and delays along the detour route, especially through downtown Morehead, and use caution.
