ALERT: I-24 Eastbound Restricted to One Lane Near 14 Mile Marker in McCracken County

PADUCAH, Ky. (March 10, 2024) – McCracken County Emergency Management reports Interstate 24 eastbound is restricted to one lane near the 14 mile marker in McCracken County.
A couple of vehicles putting trailers are involved in a non-injury crash at this site with at least one of the vehicles entangled in the median cable barrier.
Estimated duration is 3 hours or approximately 4:15 p.m., CST.
Eastbound traffic is moved to the right-hand or driving lane at the crash site. However, a closure may be required to recover the crashed vehicles.
Eastbound motorists who wish to avoid the traffic backup should take the U.S. 68 Paducah-Reidland Exit and follow the I-24 Business Loop or U.S. 60 through Paducah to Exit 7 or Exit 4.
