Panel sign operations scheduled for Fayette County
Temporary lane closures necessary for work to be completed
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Feb. 24, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled overhead panel sign repairs for District 7. Temporary lane closures will be necessary for work to be completed.
Sunday, Feb. 25 through Monday, Feb. 26 – 6 p.m. Sunday until 6 a.m. Monday
Winchester Road/US 60 – Eastbound
- the two left/fast lanes on Winchester Road/US 60 Eastbound will be closed between milepoints 11.8 and 11.97
- the right/slow lane will remain open for motorists
- this will be overnight repair operations at the advance overhead truss structure and I 75 overpass bridge
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
