Equipment training scheduled
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 29, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures on KY 1211/Taylor Avenue beginning tomorrow, January 30, in Franklin County.
Single-lane closures with flagging operations will take place on KY 1211/Taylor Avenue near mile marker 0.654 (at the bridge over Benson Creek) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, and Wednesday, January 31.
The lane closures are necessary as KYTC personnel participate in training measures for new access equipment used for bridge inspections and maintenance. Drivers should heed signage, use caution, and plan ahead for increased travel times.
