Asphalt Repairs will occur on Thursday, Nov. 30, from 8 am to 3 pm
LAWRENCE COUNTY (Nov. 27, 2023) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of a daytime closure along KY 581 in Lawrence County. Crews will repair asphalt over a previous culvert repair site at mile point 5.0 (.5 miles East of KY 645 ) near Childers Branch.
Crews will work on Thursday, Nov. 30, from 8 am to 3 pm, paving a previous culvert repair site. School bus traffic will be accommodated during the morning and evening commute.
Motorists will need to use an alternate route during this time.
Work is subject to change based on weather conditions.
