Lane closure on KY 3459 in Harlan County Begins Monday, September 25
MANCHESTER, Ky. (September 22, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists a lane closure will occur beginning Monday, September 25 on KY 3459 at mile point 0.1 (Sunshine Community) in Harlan County, and continue until Thursday, September 28 due to the construction of the new Sunshine Fire Department.
Motorists are advised to use caution during this period and be aware of signage, road crews and other drivers. The work is dependent on weather conditions.
The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
