Lane Closures Scheduled on I-264 Ramps in Jefferson County on June 20
Routine bridge inspection scheduled
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (June 16, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures scheduled on several interstate ramps in Jefferson County on Tuesday, June 20. KYTC engineers will be performing a routine inspection of the I-264 (Watterson Expressway) bridge over KY 1447 (Westport Road). This bridge is regularly inspected every two years.
During the arms-length bridge inspection, left turning lanes will be closed and only right turns will be permitted. The closures will take place on the on and off-ramps from I-264 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Motorists should obey restrictions and drive cautiously through the area.
