Temporary closure for the I 75 NB Rest Area in
Scott County
The Northbound rest area is located between MP 127.000 and 128.000
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 26, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a scheduled closure. The Northbound rest area (building) will be closed for a period of time. The parking lot will remain open with temporary/ portable restroom facilities in place.
Friday, May 26 through Saturday, May 27 – 11 p.m. Friday until 7 a.m. Saturday
Interstate 75
- the Northbound rest area (building) will be closed between milepoints 127.000 and 128.000
- the truck/car parking lot will remain open with temporary/portable restroom facilities in place
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
