UPDATE: KY 408/Eggners Ferry Road is Open East of Benton in Marshall County
No additional daytime closures required
PADUCAH, Ky. (March 21, 2023) – KY 408/Eggners Ferry Road is open east of Benton in Marshall County.
KY 408/Eggners Ferry Road was closed to through traffic from just east of the KY 1462/Benton-Birmingham Road intersection at mile point 8.33, extending eastward to the U.S. 68 intersection at mile point 12.9 on Monday. The closure was to allow downed tree from recent windstorms to be removed from the right-of-way.
Monday, two crews started working from each end of the roadway. They completed the debris removal effort about noon, Monday.
No further daytime closures will be required.
