Temporary shoulder closures
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 20, 2023) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled sign operations for Fayette County. Temporary shoulder closures are necessary for work to be completed.
Monday, March 20 – currently and until 3 p.m. today
Tuesday, March 21 through Friday, March 24 - 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily
Fayette County
Harrodsburg Road/US 68
- shoulder closures between milepoints 2.7 and 3.4 (east and westbound)
- this area is within the section of the crossover
New Circle Road/KY 4 and Harrodsburg Road/US 68
- shoulder closures for the Exit 2 On and Off Ramps
All work and closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies, and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
