The Bluegrass Parkway/US 127 Overpass
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 4, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that this news release serves as an update. The Bluegrass Parkway/KY 9002 and US 127 is now open. The overpass and surrounding area were previously closed due to an incident that occurred earlier today.
Friday, Nov. 4 – now open as of 6:30 p.m.
The Bluegrass Parkway/KY 9002
- the overpass is located between milepoints 59.0 and 62.0 (Exit 59) on the Bluegrass Parkway and milepoint 2.0 on US 127
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
