George Rogers Clark Memorial Bridge Lane Closures Scheduled Today in Jefferson County

Crews will be patching the bridge deck

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 20, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures scheduled for today, Oct. 20, on the George Rogers Clark Memorial Bridge, known locally as the Second Street bridge, in downtown Louisville.

The two southbound turn lanes on the Kentucky side of the bridge will be closed. Those are the lanes used to turn onto West Main Street in downtown Louisville. The closures are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crews will be patching potholes on the bridge deck.

Drivers should use caution and heed signage while traveling through the work zone.
