Traffic Advisory: West US 68 to KY 8 Off Ramp Closed Monday at Harsha Bridge in Mason County
Traffic from Ohio to KY 8 should detour 8-3 via KY 3056
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (Oct. 19, 2022) – Repairs on the US 68 westbound off ramp to KY 8 in Mason County will require a temporary closure next week.
On Monday, Oct. 24, crews will close the US 68 westbound off ramp – the ramp coming off the William H. Harsha Bridge down to KY 8 – from about 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. to make pavement repairs. It’s possible the ramp closure could continue 8-3 on Tuesday.
When the off ramp is closed, all westbound US 68 traffic coming from Ohio that needs access to KY 8 should detour using KY 3056 or other routes. Electronic message boards will be used to notify travelers.
Road work schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Motorists should heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones, and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
