Update - I 64 repairs scheduled in Woodford County
Improvement operations continue
LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 26, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that this news release serves as an update. Concrete repairs continue to be scheduled for Interstate 64 Eastbound.
Interstate 64 - Eastbound
Monday, August 29 and Tuesday, August 30 – 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day (times are approximate)
- repair operations will be in effect for the left/fast lane between milepoints 59.6 and 59.86 (two locations)
- the interstate will be reduced to one lane for this section
Motorists should prepare to reduce speed when traveling through the work zone.
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
