Temporary closure in effect for I 75 Rest Area in
Scott County
The Northbound rest area is located between MP 127.000 & 128.000
LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 2, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a closure currently in effect for the Northbound rest area in Scott County. The temporary closure is due to the lift station being nonfunctional. Repair operations will be made as soon as possible.
Tuesday, August 2 – currently (10 a.m.) and until approximately 6 p.m. this evening
Interstate 75
- the Northbound rest area (building) is temporarily closed between milepoints 127.000 and 128.000
- the truck/car parking lot remains open
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
