Lakeview Drive Closed at U.S. 45 in Lone Oak Through Friday
Closure for utility work to prep for future widening of KY 1286
PADUCAH, Ky. (Aug. 1, 2022) – A contractor has closed Lakeview Drive at the intersection with U.S. 45 in the Lone Oak area of McCracken County.
Lakeview Drive will be closed through Friday, August 5, to allow utility prep work for the reconstruction of KY 1286 North Friendship Road between U.S.45 and U.S. 62. Lakeview drive connects to U.S. 45 between KFC and U.S Bank in Lone Oak.
There will be no marked detour. Motorists traveling U.S. 45 may use side streets to connect with Lakeview Drive.
Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work.
Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
