Paving Operations for KY 2693/Graham Cypress Road in Muhlenberg County Begins Today
Motorists can expect lane restrictions and reduced speeds
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (July 19, 2022) – Asphalt resurfacing on KY 2693 in Muhlenberg County is scheduled to begin today, July 19. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes when possible.
KY 2693 (MP 0.0.00) Begins at KY 175 extending North to end of state maintenance (MP 0.669) , a distance of 0.669 miles of asphalt resurfacing.
The contractor will address base failures prior to paving operations. Completion is scheduled for the fall.
Scotty's Contracting and Stone was awarded the low bid of $156,898.
Drivers should expect delays, reduced speeds, and lane restrictions. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic.
