US 23 from Power Drive to Rural King closed to all traffic.
Pike County (June 15, 2022) – US 23 at mile point 28.0 (Power Drive) 1.4 miles south of KY 2061 and .64 miles north of KY 3227, is fully closed to traffic at this time. This closure spans to mile marker 28.72 known as the Rural King red lights. US 23 is expected to remain closed for a significant amount of time while police crews work the scene.
Motorists should use the side road known as Main Street adjacent to US 23, as an alternate route and expect long delays. Please pay attention to signage in the area and use caution when traveling through. KYTC District 12 will update when the road is open for regular traffic.
