KY 339 Detour/Traffic Congestion due to Wingo Trade Day on Saturday, June 11
Event to create heavy traffic through Wingo from 6 a.m., to 5 p.m., Saturday
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 10, 2022) – KY 339 will be closed in the Wingo community of Graves County on Saturday, June 11, 2022.
The Wingo Lions Club will host the 90th annual Wingo Trade Day on Saturday. To facilitate event activities, traffic on KY 339 through Dowtown Wingo will detour to Lebanon Street.
Additionally, U.S. 45 through Wingo will be closed for about an hour starting at 12:30 p.m., for the Trade Day Parade.
Motorists traveling U.S. 45 and KY 339 through Wingo should be prepared to encounter heavy pedestrian traffic. Through trucks between Fulton and Mayfield should consider taking the Purchase Parkway to avoid traffic congestion along U.S. 45 through Wingo.
