U.S. 60 and U.S. 60A lane closures set

for today in Jefferson County

Closures for manhole cover and water valve adjustments in roadways

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 20, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures for U.S. 60 and U.S. 60A (Lexington and Shelbyville roads) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, May 20, in Jefferson County.

The Lexington Road closures will be from Stilz Avenue at mile point 9.2 to Shelbyville Road at mile point 10.6. The Shelbyville Road closures will be from Lexington Road at mile point 3.4 to KY 1932 at mile point 3.5.

The closures are to adjust manhole covers and water valves in the roadways. Drivers should use caution and heed signage while traveling through the work zone.
