Operations continue for West Main Street/US 25 in Fayette County
Between Midland Ave/US 60 & Oliver Lewis Way/Newtown Pike/KY 922
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 17, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of continued operations for West Main Street/US 25 in downtown Lexington. Milling work will be in effect Tuesday and Wednesday. Paving is planned for Thursday and Friday evenings. Alternating lane closures will allow motorists to pass through the work zone.
Tuesday, May 17 through Friday evening, May 20/Saturday morning, May 21 – 7 p.m. each evening until 6 a.m. the following morning
West Main Street/US 25
- operations will be in effect between Midland Avenue/US 60 (milepoint 13.433) and Oliver Lewis Way/Newtown Pike/KY 922 (milepoint 14.632)
- alternating lane closures will allow motorists to pass through the work zone
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
