Daytime Closure on KY 128/Wallonia Road in Trigg County on Thursday, April 21
Daytime closure near 9.2mm for cross drain replacement project
PADUCAH, Ky. (April 18, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans a daytime closure on KY 128/Wallonia Road in northern Trigg County on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
KY 128/Wallonia Road will be closed immediately north of the KY 276/Blackhawk Road intersection - between KY 276 and the Trigg-Caldwell County Line - to allow a cross drain to be replaced . This is along KY 128 North of the Wallonia Community.
The roadway at this site is expected to close at approximately 8 a.m., CDT, after the morning school bus run on Thursday. KY 128/Wallonia Road is expected to reopen around 3 p.m., on Thursday.
There will be no marked detour.
This project is scheduled on a weather-permitting basis.
Approximately 500 vehicles travel this section of KY 128 in an average day.
