Interstate 65 Southbound Remains Blocked Just South of Exit 6 in Simpson County
Motorists should seek alternate route
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (March 24, 2022) – Interstate 65 southbound remains blocked just south of exit 6 in Simpson County due to an early morning crash. Motorists are detouring at exit 6 to KY 100, KY 1008 and U.S. 31-W. Motorists can get back on I-65 south at exit 2.
Traffic is moving slowly on the detour route and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route if possible. Traffic is backed up on I-65 several miles. Motorists should expect slowed or stopped traffic.
