Asphalt Resurfacing Activities for KY 1412/Doug Hill Road in McLean County to Begin This Week
This work is scheduled for completion in late-April
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (March 22, 2022) – A contractor will begin asphalt resurfacing activities in McLean County this week on KY 1412/Doug Hill Road. Located north of Island, this work is scheduled for completion in late-April.
The work will begin at KY 85 extending East to US 431 (MP 5.656) a distance of 02.12 miles of asphalt resurfacing. Milling and base failures will be addressed prior to the resurfacing efforts. Shoulders will be rocked once the paving work is complete.
Motorists should anticipate flagging operations, lane restrictions, and reduced speeds while these improvements in McLean County are addressed.
