Pothole repairs scheduled for locations in
Fayette County
Pothole patching is a mobile operation
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 2, 2022) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that pothole repairs are scheduled for locations in Fayette County. The Kentucky State Police will be onsite assisting with traffic control.
Wednesday, March 2 – currently and until 3:30 p.m. today
Thursday, March 3 and Friday, March 4 – 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Interstate 75
- the Fayette-Madison County line (MP 97.703)
- the Bryan Station Road/KY 57 Overpass (MP 112.015)
Note: two lanes will remain open to motorists at all times
- repairs began SB on the Bryan Station Road/KY 57 Overpass (MP 112.015) and will continue to Man O War Boulevard/KY 1425 (MP 108.247) and progress to the NB side
After the above section has been completed:
- pothole patching will move back to the SB side and work will be located between Man O War Blvd/KY 1425 (MP 108.247) and Athens Boonesborough Road/KY 418 (MP 103.875) and progress to the NB side through this section
After the above section has been completed:
- pothole patching operations will move back to the SB side between the Fayette-Madison line (MP 97.703) and Athens Boonesborough Road (MP 103.875) and progress to the NB side
Pothole patching is a mobile operation ---- motorists are advised to watch for signage and flashing arrows directing of the ongoing work.
