Project to Rehabilitate and Resurface Interstate 165 in Butler County has Started
Lane closures expected to begin this week
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (Feb. 28, 2022) – A project to rehabilitate and resurface Interstate 165 in Butler County from the Butler-Warren County line (mile point 18.1) to Exit 26 is set to begin. Motorists will notice signs and message boards in place for the upcoming construction.
Lane closures are expected to be in place beginning this week. The project will mill and resurface the roadway as well as include drainage improvements. The project is expected to be completed later this spring. The project contract was awarded to Scotty’s Contracting and Stone LLC in the amount of $4,943,111.
