The Trace in Land Between The Lakes is Open

Downed trees have been cleared

PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 3, 2022)  Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area has reopened the Trace.  Downed trees that forced the trace to close have been cleared.  

The Trace is the north-south travel route connecting to KY 453/Dover Road northern entrance to LBL near the Canal Bridge just south of Grand Rivers.  It also connects to U.S. 68 near the Golden Pond Visitors Center.

The downed trees have been cleared and the Trace is open to traffic.
