Regular hours resume atMountain Parkway rest area
JACKSON, Ky. – Regular overnight hours resume today at the Junior Williamson Rest Area located at Exit 33 along the Mountain Parkway in Powell County. Due to staffing issues, the restrooms and other building facilities had been closed since Jan. 14.
The building is now open 24 hours per day for travelers who stop at the rest area.
