Temporary closure of KY 2724 (Horsefly Hollow Road) starts Monday, Dec. 6, in Bullitt County
Closure caused by hillside slippage
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 3, 2021) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a temporary full roadway closure with no through traffic (local access only) on KY 2724 (Horsefly Hollow Road) for hillside slippage repairs.
Crews will close the roadway from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 6, through Thursday, Dec. 9 between mile point 1, near John Lee Road, and mile point 3, near Lodge Lane. Signs in the area will notify drivers of the work. Motorists should follow this route to avoid roadway closure: KY 1494 to KY 61 (Preston Highway) to KY 251.
