Lane closure on KY 44 (Mt. Washington Road) in Bullitt County to begin next week
Slope stabilization work expected to take five days
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 28, 2021) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of a lane closure on KY 44 (Mt. Washington Road) in Bullitt County from Mon., Nov. 1, through Fri., Nov. 5.
One lane of KY 44 will be closed at mile point 5, located about 2.3 miles east of KY 1526 (Knob Creek Road) and 2.7 miles west of KY 1417 (Martin Hill Road). The slope stabilization work is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
Drivers should use caution and heed flagging operations while traveling through the work zone.
