Drilling scheduled to begin on KY 805 in Pike County on Wednesday, Oct. 25

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 25, 2021) – Break repair work starts Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 7 a.m., at mile point 1.78 on KY 805 between the intersection with KY 197 and Big Shelby Creek  in Pike County. Work activities will be conducted from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day while the work is ongoing. The traffic will be controlled with flaggers through the work zone.  District 12 asks that drivers obey the flaggers, traffic signals and speed limits to prevent any accidents within the work zone.  School buses and emergency vehicles will be accommodated when needed.  The project will take one  week to complete, weather permitting.
