Temporary Closure of a Portion of KY 1818 (East Mount Zion Road) in Oldham County on Thursday, September 23 and Monday, September 27
Cross drain replacement work scheduled
LOUISVILLE, KY (Sept. 22, 2021) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of temporary full roadway closures with no through traffic at two locations for cross-drain replacement. The 1800 block of KY 1818 will be closed on Thursday, September 23, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Then, crews will close the 2100 block of KY 1818 on Monday, September 27, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To avoid work zone closure, motorists should follow this detour: If heading east on KY 1818, take KY 393 North to KY 22 East to KY 2859 South to reconnect to KY 1818. If heading west on KY 1818, take KY 2859 North to KY 22 West to KY 393 South to reconnect to KY 1818. Signs in the area will notify drivers of the work.
